    EXRAD XLE high voltage battery cable is designed specifically to handle the higher voltage and current required by today’s hybrid and electric powered vehicles.

    • Soft-annealed, bare copper conductor
    • Irradiated cross-linked elastomer (XLE) insulation
    • Irradiated cross-linked polyolefin (XLPO) insulation - (EXRAD®)
    • Tinned copper braid shield
    • RoHS Compliant
    • Irradiated cross-linked elastomer (XLE) jacket
    • 1000V in accordance with UL 758
    • Standard insulation color: orange

    Available Approvals

    • SAE: -70°C to 150°C, 600V, J1654
    • UL: 1000V

    Available Constructions Include

    • Metric (mm) sizes
    • Unshielded constructions
    • Shielded constructions

    Available Certifications

    • SAE: J1127

    Applications
