The CSU/DSU MS is a flexible, all-rate CSU/DSU for switched or dedicated DDS service. It supports sync and async data rates on the primary channel, and a secondary async channel (such as 4-wire Switched 56) “piggybacks” data over the main sync line.

Dial on DTR automatically from a bank of stored numbers or manually from the front keypad. The CSU/DSU MS also features an AT command dial port and V.25 bis dialing.

With local or remote configuration, you can respond to changes when you’re not on-site. Configure the local unit via a front-panel display or through AT or V.25 bis commands. Configure the remote unit the same way from the local unit.
