    The BLACK BOX® DSL Surge Protector guards your sensitive 6-wire RJ-11 DSL data lines against lightning-induced surges, AC power interference, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and ground loop energies.

    State-of-the-art high-speed avalanche diode and thyristor technology is used with low-shunt capacitance circuitry. These enable the protector to function at a much greater bandwidth without causing signal degradation.

    Installation is simple. Just insert the unit in series between the incoming data line and the I/O port of the device being protected. A self-resetting circuit means no maintenance is required.
