    The LPD cable is a central tube cable structure. The core of LPD is a bundle of 6 or 12 fibers held together and consists of an extruded plastic tube which containing filling compound. The LPD cable uses FRP strength members integrated into the sheath as dielectronic tensile strength. Fiber of LPD counts from 2 to 48 fibers.
