CABLE STRUCTURE
1- CONDUCTOR : Electrolytic, stranded, annealed copper wire. IEC 60228 Class 2 (Class 5 and/or tinned on request).
2- INSULATION : HF HEPR rubber compound. Color: White (other colors on request).
Layup : Cores laid up in pair, pairs laid up concentrically.
3- SEPARATOR : Separating foil over screen.
4- SCREEN : Electrolytic copper braided screen (90% coverage).
5- SEPERATOR : Separating foil above screen.
6- OUTER SHEATH : Chloroprene based flame retardant and oil resistant black outer jacket (SE1).

APPLICATION
Used as control and communication cables in radio, radar and
information systems of marine vehicles. Its twisted pairs enables
proper transmission of high frequency signals, while its overall
screen minimizes environmental electromagnetic interference.

ENVIRONMENT
Usable at all conditions in marine environment such as dry, wet
or oily locations, inside the engine room, where electromagnetic
protection is required as well.
SAFETY
Due to its flame retardant feature, it prevents the fire from
spreading around. Thus it protects human life and equipment,
during a fire.
These are cables for all kinds of floating vehicles except oil and natural gas drilling platform. The cables can be produced according to IEC60092/350, IEEE45 and some other standards. We have may type approval certificates for our shipboard cables from ABS, BV, DNV, GL, LR, ClassNK, RINA, RMRS, GOST and Turkish Lloyd.
