ＯＦＬ－１０1０係應用光時域反射器（ＯＴＤＲ）的技術，依據大多數使用者其實際應用需求所研製的新一代、針對光纖斷點距離測量之儀器。在長達3０公里之有效偵測範圍內，可記憶、計算並顯示多個接續點或故障點之數據，使用者可藉此有效的尋找並測試斷點，進而分析出一個光纖網路的架構。可用於光纖傳輸系統的維護，及光纜佈放前、後的長度計算....等多種用途。針對短距離100m以內之量測, 採VFL可見光設計─簡便、快速、清晰。
ＯＦＬ－１０１０在設計上僅需使用２顆AA電池，即可進行高達1000*次的偵測；並具備自動關機與低電量警示等功能。
