1). The splitter does not appear to be functioning.
Firstly, check if the LED lights, the power supply is connected and the power switch is turned on. Secondly, make sure all cables are well connected, and are not damaged. You??re encouraged to try different cables on the splitter. Thirdly, make sure the length of the cables is within the MAX supported length of this splitter. Lastly, please try to connect the input device to the display directly by cables within a length of 3 meters to see if it display normally.
2). The LED does not light.
Make sure you use the accessory power supply of the splitter. Power supply connected with voltage higher than 5V may damage the splitter.
3) If the MAX. resolutions of the four displays are not the same, what resolution will be output?
The splitter will automatically detect the MAX. supported resolution of each eight displays and output the lowest one.
